thanks to ebay i got this description
an Original Reproduction Hanken Anime Cel from the Ah! My Goddess series. This Cel was made by AIC and was professionally framed and matted. It comes with a certificate of authenticity and is numbered 44 of 250. The Cel measures 25.5" x 23" and is in MINT condition. This cel originally sold for $2000.00 and is currently sold out all over the world.
