Hild was especially difficult. The skin is a great deal darker and the shading of the room is also rather dark. As a consequence, the colors are not quite as vivid. That being said, I think the strong points are the face and the eyes. Tell me what you think.

Update:
Alright, I made some changes; brightened it up a bit. I think it is an improvement. As far as shading goes, everything I have tried simply looks awkward.

By the way, if you liked the original better, don't worry, I kept it.[less]
