Keiichi is a university student who attends at Nekomi Institute of Technology. One day he received a visit from a goddess (Belldandy) and wished her to stay with him forever.
He's also known as "K1" ([:Kei:]+[ichi]). Some of his qualities are race driving and mechanics.
